Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is an internationally recognized green building certification program created by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED is a third-party verification system that creates an international standard to evaluate the environmental performance of a building based on the following five categories: Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources, and Indoor Environmental Quality. Based on the number of points your project achieves, a project obtains a certification at one of four levels: Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum. The overall goal is to reduce the environmental footprint of commercial and residential buildings. However, additional  benefits of building LEED may include, lower absenteeism and higher productivity in the office environment, lower operating costs, and premiums on property rentals and sales.

As LEED Accredited Professionals, we work alongside owners, design professionals, and developers to set and meet the environmental objectives and standards of the LEED Rating System. Through this process, we will incorporate innovative building techniques, materials and resources, and the latest in environmental technologies that will help you to achieve a LEED status and have additional long-term benefits to your business and bottom-line.
